Upon arrival, I noticed that my room hadn't been cleaned, the bed was left unmade, and there were no fresh towels. The faint aroma of cigarettes was a bit off-putting. However, on the day of check out, the room had a lovely smell of suntan lotion, which I personally found pleasant.
Rooms
5.0
The room cleanliness was lacking as it hadn't been cleaned properly and lacked fresh towels. The cigarette smell was also a downside, but the post-checkout scent was nice.
Service
9.0
The service was extraordinary, especially the bistro worker who went above and beyond to keep the bistro open for us even though it was late. The staff overall were friendly and accommodating.
Location
5.0
The location was a bit mixed, with a pleasant and fresh appearance but also some aspects that seemed neglected. Although it's 'off the beaten path,' which I enjoyed, the hotel's proximity to a railroad track and a major highway was a downside.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience needs improvement, especially in staff training. Also, the breakfast hours were limited. However, the sashimi was wonderful.
Facilities
The facilities were decent overall but could be improved to enhance the guest experience.

6.0/10
The hotel rooms were overall clean and comfortable, albeit the bed was not the best. The location had its perks, being close to breweries and a bike path, but it was unfavorably positioned near a railroad track and highway. The dining experience was quick but limited. A notable feature was the affordability under the corporate rate.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms were clean and sanitized, though the bed was not the most comfortable.

The hotel facilities were basic but functional.

Walking back to the front desk from the complete opposite side of the hotel with bags and my daughter was a bit tiring, however, the rooms were very nice and smelled of suntan lotion, which I personally found delightful. Overlooking beautiful flowers and outdoor furniture, the room was very clean and comfortable.
Rooms
9.0
The rooms were very nice and smelled of suntan lotion, which was nice in my opinion, overlooking beautiful flowers and outdoor furniture. They were very clean and comfortable.
Service
9.0
The staff were friendly and accommodating during my stay. They were extremely helpful in catering to some of my special requests that were not on the standard menu.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location was a bit far from town and amenities, but it was worth it for the price and quality of stay. It was quiet, but unfortunately did not provide any nearby outlets. However, it was under an hour's drive to the airport and not within walking distance from the center of Boulder.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was thoughtful and unexpected, with a grab-and-go style available from 7 AM to 10 AM. However, the staff might need some training on how to deal with guests, as there were a few shortcomings.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel's facilities were convenient and met my basic needs during my stay. The on-site dry cleaning and laundry services were a plus.
